By booking a holiday with Travel Mantra, you agree to these terms.
Bookings & payments
A 25% advance confirms your booking. Balance is due 30 days before departure (or per the package terms emailed at booking).
Cancellation
- 45+ days before departure: 90% refund
- 30–44 days: 50% refund
- 15–29 days: 25% refund
- Within 14 days: no refund
Specific hotel/flight policies may override these terms.
Liability
Travel Mantra acts as an intermediary between travellers and hotels, transport and activity providers. Liability for events beyond our control is limited as per Indian travel agency norms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to courts in New Delhi.
